Ode to pink

Hey all! The weather is fantastic outside! All I want to do is be outdoors these days. Don't you?
I haven't posted an ode to a color in a while, so I think I should bring it back with a bang. Pink...don't you love it? I do. I love a lot of it and I love a little accessory of it. It looks good in most spaces and can be effortlessly introduced mildly, if you wish. I like to bring it on with a bang, no reservations here. Kirk has come to embrace and love...ahem, embrace the color pink. Your husband might too! Enjoy!

Fifteen months

Happy Wednesday! I am a few days late posting my nugget's fifteen month landmark. We had a little (ok, so it was rather extensive) photo shoot today. He's getting so big, and handsome if I do say so myself. I love you doodle bug.

p.s. I'm officially a mother of an active walker!

Intaglios...heard of them?

Hey everyone! I know it has been forever since I've posted. We went on vacation for a while (pics to come) and then I have been sick for what seems like forever. Sorry, it's been so sporadic. 

Today's post is about intaglios. I LOVE them. You may not have heard of them, but I'm sure you have seen them around in the Wisteria and Ballard Design catalogs and other places. They are a bit pricey, but I am thinking I might try to make some myself. I'll let you know how that turns out. In the mean time, enjoy these pretty collages of the small, but statement making intaglios!
